The apartment was clean and modern, providing a comfortable space for us and our children. The presence of a nice little playground on the premises was a pleasant surprise and a great way for the kids to burn off some energy. , having covered parking available was a big bonus, ensuring the safety of our car during our stay. We were also grateful that the staff promptly provided a cot for our youngest child upon our last-minute request.
For families with children, it would be great to have a more equipped kitchen. It would also have been helpful to have better communication with the staff, as the person with the keys had a somewhat abrupt attitude.

Favourable location right by the downtown, historical center, everything brand-new. There was café Kavarna oh la la with coffee and goodies within 5 minutes walk. The host made my stay great!

We had a great stay at Residence Nad Vltavou. the apartment was spacious and clean, with functional furniture and modern finishes. We loved having access to Netflix and the convenience of a playground for our kids within the apartment complex. the secure entry system gave us peace of mind, and the underground parking was a nice feature. The location was also very convenient, with public transport options close by and the option to walk to Charles Bridge in about 50 minutes. Cons: Finding the apartment was a bit challenging at first.

We had a great time at Residence Nad Vltavou during our recent stay in Prague. The flat was clean, new, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and pleasant temperature. The host was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags early and even offering a late check-out. The private yard was perfect for our children, and the location, while not in the center, was conveniently close to public transport. We appreciated the underground parking and the proximity to affordable petrol stations. a fantastic place to stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The apartment was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The bedroom was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition for relaxing evenings.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small, but others might still find it perfectly adequate.

The apartment was spacious and modern, with underfloor heating in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated having Netflix available on the TV for some downtime. The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby for easy access to the city center, and a supermarket within walking distance. having parking available was a bonus for us.
One drawback was the lack of air-conditioning or a fan in the apartment, which made it quite uncomfortable during the hot summer nights. Opening the balcony door helped with the stuffiness, but it also let in noise from the busy road.

The residential area was absolutely thrilling, I felt like a true local. And wow, the kitchenware, washing machine, and dining area made me feel like a domestic diva. Oh, and let's not forget the captivating hiking opportunities in the. surroundings.
Oh, but the thought of Prague Astronomical Clock being only 4 km away. It's so disappointing, I mean, who wants to see such a famous landmark anyways?

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-furnished. The balcony offered a nice view and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The host was welcoming and provided helpful explanations. The location was convenient with easy access to tram stations and a short ride to the city center. Free parking in the underground garage was a plus.
The chairs were slightly uncomfortable, especially when watching TV due to their distance from the sofa. an unexpected 100€ deposit upon arrival made us feel uneasy, although we did eventually receive it back.
